New foods have been added to the WIC Acceptable Foods List:   flavored yogurt, organic baby food, more varieties of juice, bread and cereal.

In order to better serve you, please bring the following to every appointment:

Medicaid card  ·   Food stamp approval “letter”
Temporary assistance “letter” ·  Proof of all household income

To limit the exposure and the spread of COVID-19, SCCAP will continually be assessing service delivery strategies. We are requesting that individuals call 518-234-2568 before coming to the agency as many of our services have either been adjusted or suspended for the foreseeable future.
