Child Care Resource and Referral

(Funded through the Office of Children & Family Services and the Department of Health)

We are a non-profit organization serving parents, child care providers and employers in Schoharie County. As part of the Family Support & Resource Center, Child Care Resource and Referral is a resource and referral agency that provides resources to the community by improving the availability and quality of child care. It is also a referral service that counsels parents seeking child care as well as a referral service to local employers regarding child care options for their employees. The Child Care Resource and Referral Program provides feedback to local and state agencies regarding community child care needs and policies.

Please note that walk-ins are available according to order of arrival.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Office is handicapped accessible, Spanish interpreter and sign language available.

Fingerprinting: Schedule at L1enrollment.com or call toll free 1-877-472-6915. For a fingerprint waiver, contact OCFS at 486-6321 for further information.
